Within our family treasury lies EMPERUS Victory, a quince brandy born solely from the fruits of Serbia’s autochthonous varieties—Leskovac, Vranje, and Moravka—nurtured in our EMPERUS orchards. After breathing new life into our ancestral plum groves, we planted young quince trees, whose first fruits in 2012 marked the beginning of a new legacy.
EMPERUS Victory is a precisely balanced blend of our oldest quince distillates from 2012 and 2013. With a rich old-gold hue, aged for ten years in oak barrels from Jastrebac, it captivates with its intense aroma and enchants with a deeply layered, harmonious taste.
Produced in the traditional way, with fermentation free of seeds, EMPERUS Victory seduces with an aromatic spectrum where fruit notes melt into fragrant spices. These qualities make it a versatile spirit, perfect to enjoy before, during, or after a meal.
EMPERUS Victory is our most awarded brandy. Our display cases are filled with trophies and accolades earned by this exceptional quince brandy wherever it has been showcased.
Among all the honors, the most significant for EMPERUS Victory is its dual triumph as the Best Serbian Quince Brandy at the Showcase of Serbia’s Finest Quince Brandies in both 2023 and 2024.
